The Boeing Company's Function Workforce Development Team is currently seeking a Senior Workforce Development Specialist!This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.
Position
Responsibilities:
Partner with Functional Leaders to establish strategic objectives and develop workforce development plans by functionImplement and Sustain Workforce Development Plans within a function.
Key elements include:
Supporting workforce capacity planningSupporting functional hiring plansDeveloping Learning plansCreating strategic role definitions for priority rolesCreating plans for sustainment efforts (i.
e.
update role definition, re-assess skills, etc.
)Partner with leaders to develop communications plansContent curation for roles and/or knowledge areasDevelop and implement plans to evaluate business impact of initiatives at multiple levelsAssess stakeholder needs and analyze new requestsPartner with international based team members and applicable global leaders to ensure solutions are created with a global lensEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

years of experience with project management3
years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding3
years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills3
years of experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior LeadersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

years of experience using curriculum management and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, systems and tools3
years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal roleTypical Education &
Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.
g.
Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g.
Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.
).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
